Well organized with excellent verbal, written, & electronic communication skills
Demonstrating a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appearance at all times

The Coordinator must demonstrate creativity and marketing acumen with the strong ability to think strategically as well as tactically in planning and implementing marketing initiatives and promotions.Executes events in the community
Promotes Catering to community members & local businesses
Responsible for the execution of community events, including but not limited to, Cow Mascot events, Off-site sales & Catering
Ability to work on a team in a fast-paced environment
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Ability to model our corporate mission statement and goals when acting as a Chick-fil-A representative.
Responsible for planning and administering some inside store events (will work with Director at first and gain more responsibility with time)
Reliable Transportation (Most places in Oswego & surrounding communities, you don’t have to drive too far ever)
Willing to work around other scheduling conflicts or commitments
Time split between marketing responsibilities & restaurant operations as needed. May change on a weekly basis as the business needs.
